Hugo Mallo is cleared and Iago Aspas bone injury ruled out

Good news on the first team medical report. Hugo Mallo, who suffered a trauma to his right foot during the Liga match against Leganés, has been medically cleared after completing normal training with the group. The sky-blue captain has been cleared by the doctor and will be able to take part in this Saturday’s match against FC Barcelona (Saturday, 20:45, Abanca Balaídos).

There is also news about Iago Aspas’ injury. The Galician forward finished the match in Butarque with an acromioclavicular sprain in the right shoulder, but the medical tests performed rule out a bone injury that could have complicated the attacker’s recovery.

On the other hand, the discomfort on Emre Mor’s left ankle improves and this Tuesday the Turkish international completed the training session with the group. David Juncà keeps on training individually, dragging a muscle tear since last March 16.
