Japan goes in depth in RC Celta playing model

The RC Celta method in the work and development of its youth academy, which continues to cross borders and is already a reference in many countries, is consolidated in Japan. The club’s youth division coordinator, Álex Otero, and the head of Methodology at RC Celta, Eduardo Covelo, are in the Asian country this week to give talks and direct training sessions with JEF United, a team from the second Japanese division with which RC Celta has a collaboration agreement.

It is already the second consecutive year in which this training action is carried out and in addition, as part of the agreement that exists between both clubs, five JEF United players train in A Madroa for two weeks.
