RC Celta gets a hard-fought draw in Granada (0-0)

RC Celta

RC Celta picked up a point in Grenada (0-0) and are now in their fourth consecutive match without losing. Oscar Garcia’s side showed their defensive strength and commitment against a tough opponent.

In the first half there were hardly any chances to score. Both teams tried to take control of the ball and most of the game took part in the midfield. The sky-blue players accumulated more possession but lacked speed in the final meters.

The second half followed the same trend, although both teams stepped more into the opponents’ area. The match could have changed in the 68th minute but the referee did not want to show the second yellow card to Herrera after hitting Rafinha’s face with no ball in dispute.
