A solid RC Celta drew in its league debut against SD Eibar (0-0) in a match in which it was better. Oscar Garcia’s team went from less to more and enjoyed the best scoring chances of the match.
The first 45 minutes were marked by equality, although it was the sky-blue players who had the best chances in the boots of Emre Mor, Nolito and Brais Méndez. The local team exceeded direct play and Vigo’s defense was safe and forceful.
In the second half, RC Celta came out better on the pitch and took possession of the ball, although without too much depth. Little by little it was accumulating shots to Dimitrovic’s goal and its were the best occasions in the final stage.
