The parish of Pereiras is the site of this first phase of the construction of the sports city which, on the basis of the license obtained, consists of the execution of the fields destined to professional football and the necessary facilities for its optimal operation.

Work is currently being carried out on earth moving, levelling and the necessary preparation to erect the perimeter walls that will support the platforms where the playing fields will be located. Immediately, work will begin on improving the existing water collection on the land.
