Real Club Celta wants to express its deepest sympathy for the loss of one of the most prominent members of his family, whose example of fidelity, support and wisdom will endure forever in the memory of the club and the fans.
Basilio was member of the club since July 1 1939, although he had attended before to the inauguration of Balaídos Stadium and witnessed the first games in the history of Celta de Vigo. He lived with passion 91 years of club history and now he will be part of it.
Real Club Celta wants to transmit his condolences and a warm message of support and affection to the family and friends of Basilio and to all the supporters.
