The skyblue team adds this way to its defense a trustworthy and reliable playere, with good skills and a great ability to cross balls precisely from any attacking position.
David Juncá (Riumors, Girona, 16th of November, 1993) grew up in FC Barcelona’s and Girona’s youth categories, where he debuted with its first team in 2011, at the age of 18. Interestingly, his first match as a starter was that same season in Montilivi against RC Celta.
The lefty defender signed for Eibar in 2015 and has played 61 matches for them in First Division, dishing 11 assists.
Juncá, who stands out for his physical strength, his ball-handling skills and his well-delivered cross passes, can either play as left wing defender and attacker.
