RC Celta goalkeeper Sergio Álvarez was operated this afternoon in a satisfactorily at the Fremap Hospital in Vigo by the head of the club’s medical services, Juan José García Cota, who performed an arthroscopy to address the injury in the external meniscus of the left knee that the sky-blue football player suffered days ago.
Sergio will be discharged from hospital this afternoon and will be on leave for about two months.
